Pursuant to notifications issued on April 18, 2016 members have been appointed to BIFR as well as AAIFR. Both Boards are functioning. 2.

When the instant petition was filed neither BIFR nor AAIFR was functioning due to lack of quorum.

Since BIFR as well as AAIFR are functioning today we decline to entertain the writ petition but would observe that the issue projected in the petition is of a kind which warrants an urgent hearing by BIFR. W.P.(C) 3282/2016
