The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.0785/2016 under Sections 328/376/304/411/34 IPC registered at Police Station Shahbad Dairy. Charge-sheet has been filed under Sections 328/376-D/384/411/201/120-B/34 IPC and under Section 376-D/67-A IT Act. Charges framed against the petitioner is under Section 384/411/34 IPC only. Status report has been filed and it is taken on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. Co-accused Happy with similar role has been granted bail by an order dated 26.02.2018. The present petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2016. Charge-sheet has since been filed. 3.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the role BAIL APPLN. 875/2018
attributed to the petitioner, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The petitioner shall not endeavour to contact the prosecutrix in any manner. 4.
The bail application stands disposed of.
