1. The present writ petition under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 03.09.2014 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (Tribunal) in O.A.

No.3063/2012. Vide the impugned order, the learned Tribunal has directed the petitioner to grant the benefit of first ACP to the respondents from the date of their eligibility by treating their appointment in Grade-II as fresh appointment.

2. Even though, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for time to argue the matter on merits and submits that an important question of law has been raised in the present petition, learned counsel for the respondents hands over in Court, a copy of the compliance affidavit filed by the Director (Administration), All India Radio, before the learned Tribunal in C.P. No.648/2014, wherein it has been categorically stated that the impugned order already stands implemented. 3. In the light of the aforesaid, once the impugned order stands implemented, we find no reason to entertain the present writ petition which is, accordingly, dismissed making it clear that the question of law raised by the petitioners is left open for adjudication in appropriate proceedings.
