By this petition the petitioner inter alia prays: "A. Issue Writ in nature of Mandamus or Direction or Order to Respondent No.01 to 05 to take strict action as per law against the Respondent No.06 to 10 and direct the Police Department to registered the case under Section 307 of the IPC;

Issue Writ in nature of Mandamus of Direction or Order to Respondent No.01 to 05 to transfer the investigation of the present case of the petitioner to crime Branch Delhi Police; or to the Central Bureau of Investigation (C.B.I) as deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court;

C.

Issue Writ in nature of Mandamus of Direction or Order to Respondent No.01 to 05 to provide Police security to the Petitioner and his family members as the Petitioner has so far faced failed murder attempts at the hands of the Respondent No.06 to 10 and is facing an imminent risk to his life and his family members life and safety from the Respondent No.06 to 10;"
