% 04.04.2016 The petitioners have approached this Court claiming to be aggrieved by the inaction of the Financial Commissioner. The petitioners had initially approached the Financial Commissioner in a revision proceeding against an order of execution of the award. The grounds urged are not of such a nature as to require intervention of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. It is open, however, to the petitioners to approach the

concerned authority, i.e. the executing Court or the Financial Commissioner, and make such deposit as is necessary under the circumstances, having regard to the sealing order in respect of their flats. In case an offer is made, it shall be considered on its merits. The writ petitions are disposed of in the above terms. S. RAVINDRA BHAT, J DEEPA SHARMA, J APRIL 04, 2016 ájk
