Factum of surgery of petitioner's wife scheduled for 23.04.2018 has been verified and confirmed.

In the interest of justice and to enable the petitioner to take care of his wife at the time of surgery, he is granted interim bail for two weeks from the date of release on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. It is relevant to note that the petitioner has already been granted interim bail by an order dated 22.03.2018 for four weeks. The petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail on expiry of the extended interim bail.
