This appeal was disposed of vide judgment of 8th April, 2016 in the presence of counsel for appellant and respondent No.1. It is stated that respondent No.1 had died after disposal of the appeal and Registry is unable to comply with the judgment of 8th April, 2016 for want of name and particulars of legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1. Ms. Kawaljeet Kaur, Advocate, has appeared on behalf of Mr.Nitin Yadav, Advocate for respondent No.1 and she assures that details of legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1 would be furnished to the Registry within four weeks.

Let it be so done.

As and when names and particulars of legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1 are received, the balance of the awarded amount lying deposited with the Registrar General of this Court be released to the legal heirs in equal proportion.
