% 25.02.2016 Vide notification number 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the suit stands transferred to the district court. The Counterclaim filed by the defendant has been separately registered as CS(OS) No. 2978/2015. Instead of CS (OS), it should have been registered as CC. As the matter is being transferred no direction is being given for correction of the number of the counterclaim. However, to avoid the counterclaim getting separated from the suit, registry is directed to tag the file of the CC with the file of the suit and thereafter sent the files to the District Courts.
