After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition, with a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the proceedings.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the proceedings and dispose of the matter preferably within one year. In case the matter is not disposed of within one year, the Trial Court shall file a report in the High Court. Learned counsel for the parties submitted that they shall cooperate for expeditious disposal of the matter before the Trial Court. Pending application is also dismissed as withdrawn.
