It has been returned with order dated 29.04.2016 passed by learned District Judge, South West, Dwarka. It is mentioned in the order that the territorial jurisdiction in respect of this suit does not lie with South West District. Learned counsel for defendant submits that the suit property is situated in the jurisdiction of PS Sagar Pur, which falls in New Delhi District.
