% 22.11.2017 The counsel for the appellant submits that she may be allowed to withdraw the appeal.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

By order dated 20.07.2012, the insurance company had been directed to deposit the entire awarded amount with up-to-date interest with UCO Bank. The said amount, if deposited, shall be released to the claimants in terms of the judgment of the Tribunal. If there is any deficiency, the claimants will have the liberty to take out appropriate proceedings before the Tribunal.

The statutory deposit shall be refunded after proof of award having been satisfied is shown.
