CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL GAUR
O R D E R
% 02.04.2019 Impugned order of 30th January, 2018 puts petitioner on trial for the offences under Sections 308/506/34 of IPC in FIR No. 188/2016 registered at Police Station Kalyanpuri, Delhi. The challenge to impugned order by petitioners' counsel is on the ground that the injury sustained by the injured is simple and petitioner was not present at the spot and he has been falsely implicated in this case. On the contrary, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State supports the impugned order and submits that there is no merit in this petition.
At this stage, learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. (SUNIL GAUR) JUDGE APRIL 02, 2019 p'ma
