% 13.08.2019 I.A. 11037/2019 (application on behalf of both the parties under Section 152 CPC for correction in the orders dated 15.12.15 and 19.11.15)

1. This is a joint application on behalf of the parties seeking corrections of certain typographical errors that have crept in the orders dated 15th December 2015 and 19th November 2015. The application is duly supported by the affidavits of the parties. Both Mr. Sanjay Chhabra and Mr. Raman Chhabra are present in the Court. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and it is ordered as under: a. In the order dated 19th November 2015, at page No. 3, the following line "Defendant who is already in possession of first floor" shall now be read as "Defendant who is already in possession of ground floor".

b. Further, in the order dated 15th December 2015, the date of the Settlement Agreement recorded as "15th September 2015" shall be read as "15th December 2015".

2. The necessary corrections be carried out and the application is disposed of.
