O R D E R

% 27.03.2017 Mr Ansari, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 and also for the legal heirs of the deceased respondent No. 3, has handed over a cheque dated 27.03.2017 for the amount of Rs 3 lacs, issued by Shivam Foods drawn on Allahabad Bank, Model Town III, New Delhi in favour of Zakia Begum (respondent No.1). The said cheque bears the number 019595. Mr Ansari has also brought a demand draft bearing No. 007081 dated 20.03.2017 in favour of the said Zakia Begum issued by Punjab National Bank, Rana Pratap Bagh, Delhi for the amount of Rs 1,74,851.00. The cheque and the demand draft have been handed over to the respondent No.1, who is present in person.

We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. The remarks made in the impugned order dated 27.02.2017 vis-a-vis the counsel for the parties are expunged, as prayed for. The above payments have been accepted and are without prejudice to the rights and contentions of all the parties. The appeal stands disposed of.
