% 20.01.2016 Petitioner is seeking transfer of the petition i.e. the petition filed by the husband H.M.A.No.803/2014 titled Kuldeep Vs. Urmila filed under Section 13 of the said Act pending before the Court of Family Judge Dwarka to the Court of Family Judge (East District), Kakardooma Court where the proceedings under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. (initiated by the petitioner-wife) titled Urmila Vs. Kuldeep are pending.

There is no substantial opposition to this prayer. Accordingly, the proceedings i.e. H.M.A.No.803/2014 titled Kuldeep Vs. Urmila pending in the court of Family Court, Dwarka is directed to be transferred to the Court of Family Judge (East District), Karkardooma Courts where the proceedings under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. titled Urmila Vs. Kuldeep are pending. This would be in the interest of both the parties.

Petition disposed of.
