By this application, the petitioner prays for striking of the name of the petitioner from the lookout circular.

Petitioner was admitted to anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 15th July, 2016 where in a condition was imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner will not leave the country without prior permission of the learned Trial Court.

The petitioner and his, ex-wife, the complainant, settled the matter and FIR No. 98/2016 under Sections 498A/406/354/506/34 IPC registered at PS Tilak Nagar, Delhi has been quashed by this Court vide order dated 25th May, 2018 in Crl.M.C. 2919/2018.

In view of the fact that the FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto BAIL APPLN. 706/2016

have been quashed against the petitioner and his family members, the directions to the petitioner while granting anticipatory bail that he will not leave country without prior permission of the Trial Court are set aside and the lookout circular if any opened by the FRRO at the instance of the Delhi Police is quashed.

Application is disposed of.
