% 04.04.2016 Petitioner claims to be owner of the third floor of the property, having purchased the same in the year 2007.
Learned counsel submits that fourth floor was booked for demolition, but respondent is trying to demolish third floor as well.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that third floor has also been booked, however, he admits that demolition order has yet not been passed.
According to him, only show cause notice has been issued. Counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation would be made before the respondent against the show cause. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in case any such representation is made within one week the same would be considered on merits and disposed of within two weeks thereafter.
In view of above, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition and the same is disposed of. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
