Mediation settlement dated 16.12.2017 has been received from Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, New Delhi. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in view of the mediation settlement the appellant does not want to pursue the appeal. She submits that appeal along with CM No. 15167/2017 may be dismissed as withdrawn.

In the circumstances, the appeal along with CM No.15167/2017 is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the Mediation Settlement dated 16.12.2017. Since the matter has been settled in mediation, the Registrar General is directed to issue the refund certificate of the court fee to the appellant as per rules. VINOD GOEL, J.
