% 25.04.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to the respondent to verify its data with the data furnished by it on the QCI portal at the time of submitting its online application, and accordingly rest the essential data, e-mail id. and password of the petitioner in favour of Mr.Rajiv Ranjan Kumar, the sole proprietor of the petitioner/company, who claims to have submitted the application for accreditation/affiliation.
Mr.Sanjay Sharawat, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has made repeated applications regarding the same not only to the respondent, but also to the concerned State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU). He submits that, since the respondent is likely to start the process of inspection of the institutes shortly, the petitioner is likely to suffer grave prejudice for want of the aforesaid
data. He, therefore, prays that the respondent be directed to expeditiously provide the said data.
On 18.04.2018, Mr. Ravi Prakash, learned counsel for the respondent had sought time to get instructions. Today, upon instructions Mr.Prakash fairly submits that, even though according to his instructions it is for the State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU) to take needful action for redressing the grievance of the petitioner, but keeping in view that the initial data was submitted to the QCI at Delhi, the respondent undertake to process the petitioner‟s request after coordinating with the concerned SPIU.
He assures the Court that the said exercise would be carried out within a period of ten days.
In view of the fair statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition.
Binding the respondent to their aforesaid undertaking, the writ petition is disposed of.
