Counsels for the parties state that parties have settled the matter before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre in terms of the written agreement dated 15.9.2017 entered into between the parties. 2.

Accordingly, this suit is disposed of by drawing up a decree in terms of the settlement agreement dated 15.9.2017. Parties will remain bound by the same.

If any aspect in terms of the settlement agreement still remains to be performed, then, the defendants will do so in terms of the settlement agreement, failing which plaintiff can always initiate appropriate CS(OS) No.1575/2008
