% 28.07.2016 Learned counsel for the respondents states that upon a special leave petition being filed by the respondents challenging the order of the Division Bench dated 15th December, 2015, the Supreme Court has issued notice and condoned the delay.

Keeping in view the aforesaid development, the present contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition after the Supreme Court disposes of the special leave petition filed by the respondents.
