% 21.01.2016 This is a suit for declaration, injunction and cancellation valued at less than Rs.2 crores.

Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that suit property is situated at Mansarovar Garden which falls under the jurisdiction of District West, Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to District West, Delhi. In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (West), Tis Hazari, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (West), Tis Hazari, Delhi on 29.03.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
