% 11.09.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case directions are issued for expeditious conclusion of the trial, he shall not press this petition at this stage. In view of the above and keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the recording of the remaining witnesses and endeavour to conclude the same within a period of six months from the next date. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
