The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.693/2016 registered under Sections 195A/506/336/34 IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 Arms Act, 1959 at PS Bhalswa Dairy. Status report not filed.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2016. It is informed that the charge-sheet has since been filed and the case is fixed for argument on charge.

Nothing was recovered from the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
