O R D E R
% 30.07.2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has availed interim bail from 11.08.2015 to 24.08.2015 and parole from 14.12.2017 to 10.01.2018; he has never misused the liberty granted and has surrendered before the Jail Authorities concerned on both the occasions. As per the Nominal Roll, the petitioner was last punished in jail on 23.12.2014 for breach of rules of Jail Manual but for the last more than three and a half years, his conduct in jail is satisfactory. In the circumstances, the petitioner is granted three weeks' furlough from the date of his release on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court concerned, subject to the following conditions:- (i) the petitioner will regularly appear on each and every date of hearing
to be fixed by the Trial Court concerned;
(iii) the petitioner will not leave the country without prior permission of the Trial Court and the passport, if any, shall be deposited with the Trial Court concerned; and (iv) in case of change of his address or contact number, the petitioner will promptly intimate to the SHO/IO of the case and intimate the Trial Court also;
(v) the petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Authorities at the expiry of the period of interim bail.
The petition stands disposed-off in the above terms. Nothing stated in this order shall be deemed to be an adjudication on the merits of the case.
The Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the Jail Superintendent concerned for information and a copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
