2(C) alludes to the order dated 23.09.2024, wherein it is recorded that the appellant had expired long time back on 27.04.2021. No application has been moved on behalf of the legal heirs of the deceased appellant to implead themselves in the instant appeal. 4.
It is also submitted that the appellant was an unmarried lady and she has not left behind any legal heirs except for the respondents who are legal heirs in Class-II.
