% 09.05.2016 C.M. Appl. No.17001/2016 Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of.

W.P. (C) No.4039/2016 & C.M. Appl. No.17000/2016 By way of present petition the petitioner, inter alia, seeks quashing of impugned order dated 27.08.2015 issued by respondent No.3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was suspended vide order dated 13.05.2015.

He also submits that after conclusion of the inquiry proceedings, the respondent No.3 vide impugned order dated 27.08.2015 terminated the services of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner

had preferred an appeal on 07.09.2015 against the impugned order dated 27.08.2015 before the President, Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee and the same is pending.

Mr. Jasmeet Singh, Advocate appearing on advance notice on behalf of respondent submits that the appeal filed by the petitioner will be decided within a period of eight weeks from today.

Mr. V. Elanchezhiyan, learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with the aforesaid and submits that the petition and application may be disposed of.

In view of the submission made by counsel for the parties, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of the petition as well as application with directions to respondents to decide the appeal of the petitioner within a period of 8 weeks from today and the decision thereof be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter.
