% 08.02.2016 This is a suit for possession and injunction valued at less than Rs.2 crores.

Ld. counsel for parties submit that they have settled the dispute before the Mediation Centre, vide settlement agreement dated 28/09/2015, however request the matter to be transferred to the district court. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the suit property is situated at Brahmpuri which falls under the jurisdiction of District North East, Delhi hence seek transfer of present case to District North East, Delhi. In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (North East), Karkardooma, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (North East), Karkardooma, Delhi on 14.07.2016. Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
