By this petition the petitioner seeks bail in case FIR No.155/2017 under Sections 498A/406/377/34 IPC registered at PS Nangloi, Delhi on the complaint of Teena Gaur, wife of the petitioner. 2.

In her complaint, complainant alleged that at the time of alliance misrepresentation was made to the complainant's family that the petitioner had done three years diploma in electronics and communication engineering and BBA from correspondence and is also pursuing MBA. It was also represented that the petitioner was not taking any kind of intoxication. Complainant alleges that as per the request of the petitioner and his family members, marriage was performed with huge pomp and show however, immediately after the marriage the petitioner told her that they would not be BAIL APPLN. 854/2018

able to live together. It is also alleged that the petitioner committed unnatural physical relations with her. It is also alleged that a car was demanded as a gift besides a sum of money.

Petitioner has been in custody since nearly six months, that is, 27th December, 2017. The charge sheet has since been filed and the trial is likely to take some time. Thus, this Court deems it fit to grant bail to the petitioner pending trial. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court, further in case of change of residential address of the petitioner, the same will be intimated to the Court concerned by way of an affidavit. 4.

Petition is disposed of.
