By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file special leave petition and maintain social ties. 2.

A status report has been handed over which is taken on record. 3.

As per the status report family of the petitioner, comprising of his mother, wife and two sons is residing at village Dhauj, Billa Colony, Sec.- 55, Faridabad, Harayana.

A perusal of the nominal roll reveals that the petitioner's parole and furlough applications are pending with the Govt. of NCT, Delhi and DG (Prisons) respectively since March, 2018 and no decision thereon has been taken. Further the petitioner has been granted interim suspension of sentence thrice by this Court and there is no allegation that the petitioner misused the said concession.

Considering the facts verified and the earlier conduct of the petitioner, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks, from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
