This Revision Petition under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) was preferred impugning the order (dated 17th August, 2015 in CS No.426/14 of the Court of Civil Judge-02 (South), Saket Courts Complex, New Delhi) of dismissal of the application of the petitioner / defendant under Order VII Rule 11 of the CPC. 2.

The petition was entertained and notice thereof ordered to be issued. 3.

The counsel for the petitioner / defendant has mentioned the matter and states that the suit from which this petition arises has been withdrawn by the respondent / plaintiff and he thus withdraws this petition. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

No costs.
