% 12.07.2016 The writ petition seeks a direction for grant of relaxation of 10 years for women candidates for recruitment to the post of Librarian. Noting the relief as prayed for, the appointment being, to the post of Librarian under the Directorate of Education, it would be the Central Administrative Tribunal, which shall have the jurisdiction, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT). With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Dasti.
