% 21.04.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition under Sections 14 & 15 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking the prayer for termination of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal constituted by the respondent.

The claim of the petitioner is for a sum of Rs.51,73,186/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that in the year 2012, the Arbitral Tribunal had asked the petitioner to submit the stamp paper and other compliances which has already been completed by the petitioner. But so far no any further information has been received from the Arbitral Tribunal.

The petition is disposed of with the direction that in case the Award is not already rendered by the Arbitral Tribunal, the same be rendered within one month from today.
