O R D E R

% 22.04.2016 Vide order dated 8th January, 2016 in W.P.(C)134/2016, this Court directed the respondent to treat the writ petition as a representation and decide the same within a period of six weeks by passing a speaking order. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide letter dated 18th February, 2016 the respondent has passed a speaking order but the same is not in accordance with law. If that is so, the petitioner is at liberty to avail appropriate legal remedies to challenge the order dated 18th February, 2016. The contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate legal remedies available to her against the order dated 18th February, 2016.
