W.P.(C) 3031/2016 & CM No.12784/2016 By way of present petition the petitioner has challenged order dated 23.07.2014 passed by the Section Officer, Ministry of Labour/Shram Mantralaya, New Delhi. The petitioner has also challenged order dated 29.02.2016 passed by learned Presiding Officer, Central Government Industrial Tribunal, Labour Court-II, Delhi whereby the application of the petitioner was rejected. After some arguments, Mr.Virender Mehta, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and application with liberty to raise all the objections taken herein in the

written statement.
