With the consent of learned counsel for parties, instant petition is taken up for disposal.

Vide the present petition under Section 482 of the Cr P C, petitioner seeks direction thereby extending the time to deposit a sum of Rs.10.00 Lac within six months in the order dated 17.03.2016 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge while enlarging him on CRL.M.C. 1340/2016

anticipatory bail in case FIR No.475/2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/406/34 of the IPC at police station Patel Nagar, Delhi.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that petitioner shall make all arrangements and deposit the said amount of Rs.10.00 Lac within four weeks from today.

Keeping in view the averments made in the instant petition and above statement made by learned counsel for petitioner, under instructions, I hereby extend the time to deposit the sum of Rs.10.00 Lac within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the prosecution authority is directed to arrest the petitioner. 7.

In above terms, instant petition is allowed and disposed of. 8.
