The matter has been placed before us in the National Lok Adalat with the consent of parties, who are present through their counsel. 2.

The parties have settled the dispute. The Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited-respondent has agreed to pay a lump sum enhancement of Rs.1,85,000/- over and above the Award of the MACT amounting to Rs.2,93,267/- to the appellant/claimant. 3.

The Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited-respondent has handed over the cheque bearing no. 915267 dated 27.06.2019 for a sum of Rs.1,85,000/- drawn on Bajaj Allianz Insurance Company Limited, Pune in favour of appellant/claimant Anita Devi. The same is taken on record. 4.

The Secretary, Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee may release the cheque to appellant/claimant Anita Devi on production of documents of identification in terms of the Award. MAC.APP. 237/2015

The matter is accordingly settled.

This Award be placed on the record of the case. 7.

The file be consigned.
