AR of the plaintiff and ld. counsel for defendants submit that part of cause of action arose at plaintiff's place which is situated at Okhla Industrial Area which falls under the Jurisdiction of District South-East, Delhi In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South-East), Saket, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (South-East), Saket, Delhi on 21.07.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
