I.A.No.17133/2018 This application has been filed by the petitioner seeking clarification of the order dated 30.10.2018 passed by this Court. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent had misunderstood the order passed by this Court and is ready to act in accordance with the spirit of the order passed. It will accordingly modify the offer made to the petitioner in compliance with the order dated 30.10.2018 passed by this Court.

Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, it is directed that the LOA in terms of the order dated

30.10.2018 shall be issued by the respondent within a period of one week from today.
