% 29.08.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.384/2016 under Section 420 IPC registered at PS Samaipur Badli, Delhi on the complaint of respondent No.2. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that after investigation a charge-sheet has been filed keeping Rajiv Jain, Sanjiv Jain and Seema Jain in Column No.11 and Umesh Jain in Column No.12 though Sanjiv Jain and Seema Jain have been charge-sheeted without arrest.

In view of the fact that the charge-sheet has since been filed, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take all the pleas before the learned Trial Court at the stage of argument on charge and take other legal remedies as available in law. Leave W.P.(CRL) 1409/2018

and liberty granted.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
