By this application, the petitioner seeks correction of typographical error in order dated 23.04.2018. By order dated 23.04.2018, the subject FIR No. 42/2017 was quashed. However, the Police Station mentioned in the last paragraph was Police Station Janak Puri instead of Police Station North Avenue. The same is a typographical error. Accordingly, paragraph No. 6 of order dated 23.04.2018 is corrected. The same be read as under: "Accordingly, FIR No.42/2017 under Sections 279/337IPC, Police Station North Avenue and the consequent proceedings emanating there from, are hereby quashed."
