By filing the present writ petition from Jail, the petitioner is seeking parole on the ground of constructing his house at his native place in District Sultan Pur, U.P.

Pursuant to the order dated 09.05.2016, fresh nominal roll of the petitioner has been received.

As per the fresh nominal roll of the petitioner, he has availed three weeks furlough in the recent past i.e. with effect from 30.03.2016 to 20.04.2016.

As per Parole/Furlough Guidelines-2010, a minimum period of six months ought to have elapsed from the date of termination of the previous parole/furlough.

In the given facts and circumstances, the prayer of the Petitioner for releasing him on parole is hereby rejected.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
7.
Petitioner be informed through concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
