By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C., petitioner is praying for grant of parole for a period of three months on the ground of reconnecting social ties with the family & society.

Notice. Mr.Ashish Aggarwal, A.S.C. for the State accepts notice of this writ petition.

Perusal of the nominal roll available on record reveals that petitioner has already been granted three weeks furlough vide order dated 12th March, 2016 which he has not availed so far.

In the given facts and circumstances, the prayer of the Petitioner for releasing him on parole is hereby rejected.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
6.
Petitioner be informed through concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
