% 10.01.2019 After some hearing, upon his attention being drawn to the ruling of the Supreme Court reported as Parbatbhai Aahir alias Parbatbhai Bhimsinhbhai Karmur and Others v. State of Gujarat and Another, (2017) 9 SCC 641, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is under instructions not to press the petition for quashing of FIR No. 789/2005 under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B IPC of police station Lajpat Nagar and thus, may be permitted to withdraw the petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
