% 28.04.2017 The additional affidavit of the deponent/judgment-debtor Surinder Kumar Bhasin is on record. In para 5 it is categorically stated that the order dated 23.11.2015 passed in C.C. No.440/2015 has been fully complied with; the goods which were lying in 7 cartons were destroyed by pouring acid on them and they have been removed from the judgment-debtor‟s premises by giving them away to scrap dealers; none of the products remain with him. This statement has been made on the affidavit of the judgment-debtor. Learned counsel for the judgment-debtor submits that the decree in favour of the decree-holder stands fully satisfied and the order passed in C.C. No. 440/2015 also stands complied with.

This position is not disputed by the learned counsel for the decree-holder. He, however, submits that since the decree-holder has

been relegated to such a long drawn litigation even after the decree has been passed in his favour, he seeks certain compensation. This Court notes that this is a dispute inter-se the brothers. In the course of the contempt proceedings, the decree-holder had been compensated with Rs.20 lacs. I do not think any further orders are required to be passed on this aspect.

Decree having been satisfied, this execution is disposed of. INDERMEET KAUR, J APRIL 28, 2017
