% 05.04.2018 Parties have settled the present matter in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 04.04.2018 entered into before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The terms of the settlement are valid and legal.

Learned counsel for the parties state that this court may pass a decree in terms of the said Settlement Agreement.

According, the suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 04.04.2018. The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement. The Mediation Report is sent to the Registry for scanning and placing it on record. The original documents which were filed by the plaintiff may be returned back to the plaintiff after placing on record the certified copies of

the same.

The plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of the court fees in terms of Section 89 CPC.

The suit stands disposed of.
