% 10.05.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bald allegations of demand of dowry have been levelled against the petitioner in the FIR without giving of such incidents. Petitioner has already joined investigation on 4th May, 2018.It is submitted that the petitioner is not required for custodial interrogation.

Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail, subject to their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
