The present application is filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking rectification in the cause title of order dated 04.12.2019. 2.

It is stated that inadvertently in the order dated 04.12.2019 the name of the petitioner is recorded as 'Shubham Bansal' instead of 'Shubham Kansal'.

Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the complainant, on instructions, submit that they have no objection to the aforesaid clarification.

Accordingly, the application is allowed to the aforesaid extent, and the name of the petitioner in the order dated 04.12.2019 be read as 'Shubham Kansal' instead of 'Shubham Bansal'

With above directions, the application stands disposed of. 6.
