1. In terms of the Notification No. 3/2018 dated 11th July 2018 issued by the Central Board of Direct Taxes, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed.

2. Apart from the fact that the tax effect is low, the questions of law framed by this Court by the order dated 16th October 2008, stand answered in favour of the Assessee and against the Revenue by the order dated 1st September, 2017 of this Court in ITA No. 546 of 2005 (CIT v. Khetri Trust). The appeal is dismissed on this ground as well.
