O R D E R

% 22.04.2016 A perusal of the nominal roll qua the petitioner reveals that the petitioner was granted three weeks' furlough w.e.f. 8th February, 2016 to 1st March, 2016 and has duly availed of the same.

On the other hand, the present petition assails the order passed by the competent authority as far back as on 8th December, 2015 rejecting the petitioner's representation for grant of parole. In view of the foregoing, the present petition is, without any merit and the same is, accordingly dismissed.
